(1) Vendor needs to provide online voting system. – The successful proponent will be responsible for providing the professional and associated services, including the supply, implementation, and training, to deliver and support a secure public online voting platform. – Online Voting System (the online Voting System) accessible via the internet. – The complete voting platform, incorporating the online voting system options (collectively, the “Solution”), must be capable of providing high service availability for all eligible voters, scaling to meet the demands of peak voting times, and completing the tabulation of results promptly after the legislated close of voting on the final voting day. – The Solution should utilize a one–step voter authentication model. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2025.
