The province of Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide an online voting solution that offers advanced functionality and seamless integration with existing systems. The required solution must feature real-time electronic strike-off capabilities throughout the full voting period, fully integrated with Voter View, to allow for concurrent paper ballot and electronic voting.

The voting platform should support internet-based voting during both the advance voting period and Election Day, accessible via computers, tablets, and other mobile devices. Electors should be able to participate through a straightforward, one-step process, receiving their unique voting credentials via a voter notification card delivered by mail or other communication methods, eliminating the need for additional registration steps.

This initiative is aimed at enhancing electoral accessibility, convenience, and security, while ensuring full compatibility with Ontario's current voter management systems.
