Provide an online training platform for human resources compliance
Address federal, state, and local HR, safety, health, security, and other compliance concerns
Create a dynamic learning environment with tailored training for diverse employee needs
Centralize compliance resources for efficient access to information
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
Ensure training is accessible at all times of the day
Provide training content relatable to school personnel
Include features for administrators to assign specialized training, track progress, notify employees, test competency, and provide documentation
Ability to interface and sync with HR information system's active directory for single sign-in and real-time access
