DESCRIPTION

The State of New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide an online tax sale hosting platform. The platform must deliver detailed online instructions to users, facilitate the electronic submission of forms, and offer comprehensive support including a help desk for tax collectors and bidders accessible via internet, email, and a toll-free phone number. Additionally, a dedicated hotline must be available to tax collectors until the completion of the sale.

The platform should include web-based training, online tutorials for bidders and municipal officials, and allow bidders the opportunity to practice bidding.
