Key features required include the ability for participants to track session details like date, time, and duration, as well as rate individual sessions and provide feedback to administrators. The platform should support survey creation, distribution, and collection, with responses organized in manipulable report formats such as Excel, tables, and graphs. Comprehensive analytics and reporting capabilities are needed for individual programs and across all active programs, with role-based access for program administrators.

Additionally, the selected vendor will be responsible for providing training, ongoing technical support, and oversight throughout the three-year contract period.
