(1) Vendor needs to provide online pairing platform solution to administer mentoring and sponsorship programs.– Provide an online pairing platform solution to streamline the administration of both mentorship and sponsorship programs.– Provide training, continuous technical support and oversight services in support of the online pairing platform solution for the duration of the contract.– Users must be able to access this online pairing platform solution from their TBS, FIN or PCO network.– Users must register using their work email address to create a user profile.– Provide efficient pairing ability through a customized algorithm that allows options for pairings led by mentors or sponsors, mentees or protégées and program administrators.– Allow users to rate each individual session and provide feedback to program administrators.– Allow participants to track each session’s date, time and duration.– platform must allow program administrators to create and upload surveys.– Platform must allow surveys to be distributed and responses to be collected.– platform must provide all data in a report format that can be manipulated, such as Excel reports, tables and graphs.– Allow for analytics and reporting capabilities for each individual program and for all the programs created.– Allow program administrators to have access only to the programs under their authority.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
