(1) Vendor needs to provide online orientation platform. – Provide a comprehensive, scalable, and accessible online orientation platform for agency that supports new student onboarding, engagement and successful transition to agency.– The platform must be user–friendly for students, configurable by administrators, and capable of evolving with institutional needs.– Project management and implementation– Platform design and branding– Configurable main menu sections– Ability to modify section titles, order, and content over time– Support for institution–provided content and/or vendor–assisted copywriting and scripting– Administrator access to edit text, images, videos, and links without vendor intervention– Support for embedded video content– Closed captioning and accessibility features for all video content– Personalization and student experience– Navigation and engagement tools– Search functionality and table of contents– Tracking, reporting and assessment– Accessibility and compliance– Training, support and hosting• Administrative reporting dashboard with the ability to track:– Student progress and completion– Quiz results and survey responses (2) The contract period will be for one year.
