The issuing city seeks a vendor to provide Geographic Information System (GIS) services supporting its existing GIS program. The program uses Esri GIS technology and includes significant internally maintained GIS data and applications. Required services include GIS data development and conversion, web GIS development, ArcGIS Enterprise administration and troubleshooting, enterprise geodatabase and Microsoft SQL Server GIS support, and diagnosis and response to GIS service interruptions.
The online GIS system must be accessible through contemporary web browsers without specialized client software. It should display city parcel mapping and other GIS layers; support feature identification and queries; provide map navigation, measurement, and printing capabilities; enable exports of appropriate search or abutter information; and allow documents, photographs, or other relevant information to be linked to GIS features where appropriate. The system should integrate with Esri ArcGIS Online where applicable, remain compatible with current city GIS data and systems, and support GIS system migration and upgrades.
The contract period will be one year. Questions must be submitted by October 23, 2026.
