(1) Vendor needs to provide online exam preparation software– This online exam preparation software will provide for the individual adult learner, the dropout at least seventeen (17) years of age, the student at least sixteen (16) years of age.– Extended Description: Implementation – One–time fee for initial set–up, planning & implementation, maintenance, and upgrades, training, hosting, reporting, technical support and other associated cost for the service. – One–time fee shall also include transition strategy, maintenance of records and records availability.
