(1) Vendor needs to provide online candidate self–service portal solution.– Provide an Online Candidate Election Self Service Portal application for the Registrar of Voters/Candidate Services.– Solution should assist candidates with the most efficient and convenient way to receive and complete nomination and candidate paperwork to run for a public office.– Solution must be Software as a Service.– An Online Candidate Self–Service Portal for Federal, State, Judicial, County, County Central Committee, Municipal, School District, and Special District regularly scheduled elections and special elections for candidates.– The Online Candidate Self–Service Portal solution must be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies devices and is compliant with Website Content Accessibility Guidelines.– Secure authentication is mandatory for all users.– Data Integrity preserved and protected against all unauthorized access.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 21, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2026.
