SUMMARY

Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to develop and maintain an online analytics platform with secure access for agency data, including HR, finance, and student information.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be prequalified with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in the state of Massachusetts in the Systems for Student Success Office
Must have experience partnering with clients in the K-12 education sector
Must have worked with school districts in the state of Massachusetts and provide evidence of knowledge and adherence to student data privacy laws
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics reporting in student data reporting
Must have a project manager assigned to the project with at least three years of experience managing software products of similar size
Must provide at least three references that indicate the firm has met requirements on all other projects and has not had any contracts terminated for cause in the last five years
