DESCRIPTION

Beaufort County is seeking a vendor to provide on-call professional services on an as-needed basis in support of capital improvement projects. Services may include project programming and needs assessments, feasibility studies and evaluations, existing-condition assessments and investigations, site evaluations, and due diligence.

The selected firm may provide architectural and engineering design services, including conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documents, and applicable architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering. Additional support may include permitting and regulatory coordination, bidding and procurement assistance, and construction administration.
