The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is soliciting bids for on-call as-needed tree trimming, tree and brush removal, and stump grinding services on the Right of Way in the St. Louis District. The contract period is from the Date of Award through November 30, 2027, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The work includes clear zone clearance, line of sight maintenance, and providing access to bridges for inspections.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be registered in MissouriBUYS to be considered for contract award
  • Must provide proof of OSHA 10 for all employees
  • Must provide a current State or Federally approved photo ID for all employees
  • Must maintain General Liability insurance of not less than $600,000 per person and $4,000,000 per occurrence
  • Must maintain Business Automobile Liability insurance of not less than $600,000 per person and $4,000,000 per occurrence
