(1) Vendor needs to provide office professionalization and modernization service to the government authority located in New York. – Professionalizing and modernizing the offices of providers mandated family court representation and criminal defense representation. – Professionalize and modernize public defense provider offices in a manner that will enhance the quality of representation clients receive from public defense providers. (2) The contract period will be for two years.
