The Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources (OER) requires a consultant to perform a study and analysis of solar installations completed during the 2026-2028 Renewable Energy Growth Program years and to prepare and present a report on the findings. The initial contract term is approximately three years, beginning in January 2027, with the possibility of two additional 12-month renewal periods at the State's discretion.
