The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management (DOGRM), is seeking a qualified vendor to scan, assess, remediate, and verify accessibility compliance for approximately 551 public and internal documents to ensure conformance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and State of Ohio IT-09 Digital Accessibility requirements. The project includes updating documents with current State, Agency, and Division logos and revision dates. The project timeline is 12-16 weeks from kickoff. The contract term runs from contract execution through June 30, 2027, with an option to renew through June 30, 2029.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. §12132)

Must comply with State of Ohio IT-09 Digital Accessibility requirements and policies
