(1) Vendor needs to provide nurse call system upgrade service. – Upgrade of existing Ascom Telligence nurse call system to the supported V6/V7 platform. – This pilot project includes the 5C unit and establishes a standing agreement for future unit upgrades. – The upgraded system will ensure continuity of patient safety communications and align with the hospital's lifecycle asset management strategy. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025. (3) Mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on December 03, 2025.
