Key responsibilities involve reconfirming requirements, developing user stories, updating system specifications, and ensuring comprehensive migration of cleansed data into the new solution's data store.

Vendors will need to develop and configure system functionality in alignment with business rules and requirements, create and execute thorough test cases (including regression, load, performance, accessibility, and security testing), and propose remedies for any code security deficiencies identified. The solution must also include version-controlled scripts, continuous integration and deployment pipelines, seamless integration with prior program increments, robust deployment and environment configuration, rollback procedures, performance monitoring alerts, and post-deployment validations.
