(1) Vendor needs to provide non–emergency medical transportation software. – The Non–Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) software solution should provide robust reporting and analytics features to support data–driven decision–making and to enhance engagement with transportation providers at all levels, ensuring better service for patients and families. – The NEMT software should standardize the transportation processes and have the ability to support multiple modes of transport. – Facilitate the booking of such rides within the same NEMT software platform used for insurance–covered rides. – Pay the rideshare vendor directly at the time of service. – Provide actionable dashboards with easily interpretable performance metrics to maximize to drive improvements in patient flow, length of stay, and appointment adherence. – Support a billing workflow that clearly distinguishes insurance–covered rides from facility–paid rides, including cost pass–through and any markup. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 7, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
