This procurement is restricted to NextGen Healthcare, Inc., as they are the sole provider with proprietary technical knowledge, source code access, and intellectual property rights necessary to maintain and support the software.

Third-party vendors may distribute general versions of the NextGen software; however, only NextGen Healthcare, Inc. can deliver the specialized support and ongoing updates essential for the NEI's operational needs. Qualified organizations that wish to demonstrate their capabilities may submit a statement for review by the agency. All contractors must ensure their registration on SAM.gov prior to award consideration.
