The State of Vermont is seeking qualified vendors to provide IT professional services and project management support for its Next Generation Licensing Platform (NGLP). The platform is built on a Pegasystems business process management framework and hosted in the AWS cloud. It is used to support the State’s oversight of professional licensing, enforcement and tribunal case management, as well as inspection programs.
The selected contractor will support development, quality assurance, maintenance, and ongoing application support activities. The scope also includes providing rate cards for UI/UX development to improve usability and efficiency for internal and external users, as well as enhancement work to address more complex regulatory changes, including onboarding new licensed professions and programs.
The system includes configurable role-based access controls, workflow and task management capabilities, automated alerts and notifications, escalation and delegation functions, decision-rule processing, reporting tools, and task visibility for supervisors and teams.
