DESCRIPTION


The issuing agency is seeking consulting services to support a Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area initiative in Utah. The selected vendor will provide advisory and technical assistance related to neighborhood revitalization planning, project analysis, and federal funding support.

Scope of work includes conducting financial feasibility, underwriting, and subsidy layering analyses; identifying project risks and recommending financing strategies; and preparing, reviewing, and submitting required Section 108 application materials.
