Seeking a vendor to develop a comprehensive wayfinding and signage master plan for diverse court branch facilities across Arizona, covering both interior and exterior environments.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of five years demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of signage and wayfinding systems

DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive navigational resources and signage master plan services. This includes the design and planning of wayfinding systems for both interior and exterior spaces, such as lobbies, courtroom areas, entrances, parking facilities, and public gathering spaces. The scope covers exterior monument signs, main entrances, exterior navigation, parking, destination signs for court facilities, as well as pedestrian and pathway signs.

Vendors are expected to address internal navigation, informational, accessibility, and regulatory signage. The master plan must include the development of style guidelines to ensure cohesive and effective signage for future implementation. Additionally, a statement of probable costs for both fabrication and installation must be provided. The approach should accommodate the geographic diversity of facilities, the varying needs of visitors, and the different case types and services provided at each location, resulting in a unified wayfinding system applicable across all Branch locations.
