DESCRIPTION


The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide naming rights marketing and sponsorship services for a structured naming rights program. The scope includes conducting a thorough market assessment to establish a factual and analytical foundation for the program, preparing a property and asset inventory, and delivering an independent, data-supported valuation of the naming rights using recognized methodologies such as comparable transaction analysis, asset-based valuation, and audience impression modeling.

The selected vendor will also be expected to quantify estimated annual impressions across physical, digital, media, and event channels, and benchmark the proposed valuation against comparable naming rights agreements in the hospitality, entertainment, and commercial real estate sectors. Additional work includes assessing current naming rights activity in the local and national hospitality market, including recent transactions, deal structures, pricing benchmarks, and sponsor activation expectations.

Beyond analysis, the project includes development of a comprehensive naming rights marketing and sponsorship strategy, including package design, go-to-market planning, and establishment of a project timeline and milestones. The vendor will identify, prioritize, and engage qualified prospective sponsors through an outreach program, and provide negotiation support, proposal development, deal structuring guidance, agreement finalization support, onboarding assistance, activation planning, and final reporting and closeout documentation.
