DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will deliver professional music production services, providing and operating staging, lighting, sound, and visual equipment across all race meetings and event series. Services will be required in both indoor and outdoor spaces. Vendors must develop and implement comprehensive contingency plans for all production-related risks and ensure smooth event execution despite potential issues such as power failure, inclement weather, equipment malfunctions, or artist delays.

The vendor will be responsible for conducting and documenting necessary sound checks and environmental monitoring, including in nearby residential areas when required. All production activities must comply with current health, safety, quality, and environmental standards, and be suitable for all weather conditions. Setup, daily operation, and removal of equipment must be carried out efficiently to minimize disruption to overall racecourse operations.

Close coordination with event operations, facilities, security, entertainment providers, sponsors, vendors, broadcast partners, and other suppliers is required to ensure seamless event delivery. The vendor must provide an experienced on-site production manager and a qualified technical crew, including sound engineers, lighting operators, and stage managers. Additionally, the vendor will supply high-quality staging, crowd control barriers, lighting, PA, sound systems, and other production equipment meeting artist technical rider requirements, and contribute technical expertise during planning and briefings.
