(1) Vendor needs to provide multimedia artist service for content. – Provide professional multimedia content development, training, and technical support services. – The work will integrate digital art, projection mapping, sound design, and live–performance based media to create immersive artistic and instructional environments. – Group workshops and one–on–one instruction to create appropriate digital art to be used in immersive art exhibits. – The Contractor will have experience in graphic design, digital visual art, digital sound recording, and use of projected art during live performance. – Training faculty members and students on how to create graphics, digital painting, mappings, and sound recordings that can be merged with live performance to create immersive art installations. – The contractor should have experience with research administration software systems and strategies. – Group workshops and one–on–one instruction on use of projection mapping software. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 03, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
