(1) Vendor needs to provide multi–media consultant services. • Agency is seeking Statements of Qualifications from talented multimedia professionals, specializing in the following– Videography– Photography– Video Editing– Drone Videography/Photography to support the expansion of our storytelling strategy including public outreach on social media and other platforms • Videography Services– The Consultant will be responsible for creating videos averaging 1–3 minutes in length (16:9 aspect ratio) with accompanying 30–60 second versions for social media (16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratio). – The videos may be in interview format with b–roll, event recap, or visual storytelling, according to the project • Social Media Videography Services– The Consultant will support the launch of a new TikTok channel geared toward Gen–Z that resonates with the community, positioning the Beltline as a premier destination, and fostering a connection with the agency’s mission. – The Consultant be responsible for filming and creating 9:16 aspect ratio TikTok reels, averaging 60–90 seconds in length • Social Media Video Editing Services– Agency has a large database of photo and video assets and would like to engage a social media video editor to tell Beltline stories with what already exists. – The Consultant will be responsible for creating videos from the existing repository of b–roll and interview footage, editing them into engaging content, 60–90 seconds in length, for TikTok or other channels. • Aerial Photography/Videography– The Consultant will provide aerial photography and videography, as well as some DSLR photography, that documents infrastructure projects and helps tell a larger agency story (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for two years.
