The State of Delaware is seeking a vendor to implement a commercial off-the-shelf solution for motor fuel and special fuel tax administration. The objective is to modernize current processes by introducing an electronic licensing and tax filing system that enhances the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of motor fuel tax collection, licensing, auditing, and compliance activities.
The proposed system is expected to support electronic filing, real-time data analysis, automated workflows, and improved taxpayer services. The user interface must offer support for all major web browsers—including Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari—and provide a responsive design that functions seamlessly on both desktop and mobile devices. Consistency across modules in layout, controls, and notifications is required. The solution must accommodate both internal users and external stakeholders, such as motor fuel tax customers.
Interested vendors should note that all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by December 24, 2025. The contract will be awarded for a three-year period.
