The Agency seeks a vendor to provide and implement a modern, cloud-based Library Services Platform (LSP) and associated discovery solution. The platform must support the full lifecycle of library resource management, including acquisitions, financial management, cataloguing, metadata management, circulation, discovery, analytics, reporting, electronic resource management, and integration with institutional systems.
The initiative is intended to modernize the library’s core technology through an enterprise Software-as-a-Service solution, consolidate workflows for print, electronic, and digital resources, simplify and automate operations, improve electronic resource and licensed collection management, strengthen analytics and reporting, and enhance interoperability through standard protocols, application programming interfaces, and institutional integrations. The solution should also improve reliability, scalability, security, technology alignment, and the experience of library staff and users.
