(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile automated license plate recognition parking enforcement system. – Provide a Mobile Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) Parking Enforcement System with an integrated back–end management platform. – Providing automated parking enforcement through a vehicle–mounted license plate recognition system. – The solution will automate parking enforcement activities, improve operational efficiency, and integrate with the agency’s existing parking management software and partner services. • System Requirements: – Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) – Integration: Compatibility and two–way data exchange with the agency’s parking management vendor (ParkMobile) and other industry–standard parking enforcement and permit management systems – Back–End Management Platform – Mobile Enforcement Application: mobile and/or web–based interface for authorized staff to view, issue, and manage parking enforcement activities in the field. – Digital Chalking and Permit Verification – Reporting and Analytics – Real–Time Communication – Data Access and Ownership (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025.
