The Federal Government, through the Drug Enforcement Administration, is conducting market research to identify commercially available, ready-to-install mission planning software comparable to Pryme Infil. This is a sources sought notice issued for informational and preliminary planning purposes only, not a solicitation or request for proposals. The agency is seeking a purpose-built tactical software platform capable of supporting high-risk domestic enforcement operations across 23 domestic field divisions.

The desired solution must provide secure mobile accessibility on government-approved devices, automated after-action reporting, encrypted communications and storage for Law Enforcement Sensitive information, and compliance with Department of Justice and Criminal Justice Information Services security standards. Additional required capabilities include secure logging and audit trails, AI-assisted planning and decision support, synchronization with legacy data repositories, real-time tactical asset inventory management, operational alerting, GPS-enabled mapping with satellite imagery and 3D floor plans, live drone or video feeds with low latency, and mission simulation and personnel tracking tools.
