DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Chester, Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide Minority Business Excellence Catalyst Services in support of the continuation and expansion of its minority business training accelerator program, CatalystQ. The selected provider is expected to deliver innovative and impactful services that strengthen minority-owned businesses through targeted technical assistance and entrepreneurial support.
