DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Missouri seeks a vendor to provide minority- and women-owned business enterprise certification services. Responsibilities include reviewing local firm eligibility, screening applications and supporting documentation, obtaining additional information through application-based question-and-answer processes, and conducting desk audits as well as virtual or on-site applicant interviews.

The selected vendor will prepare and submit supplemental questionnaires and acknowledgment forms, analyze investigative findings related to group membership, ownership, business control, and locality, and present and defend certification review findings and recommendations to the Program Review Committee.
