A West Virginia agency is seeking a vendor to supply Microsoft Office 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) licenses as part of a transition from traditional perpetual Microsoft Office licenses to a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription model. The procurement will include Office 365 government licenses, specifically G1, G3, and Exchange Online Plan 1 user licenses, provided in the quantities specified by the agency.
Vendors must ensure that the licenses enable access to Microsoft’s hosted Exchange Online email service, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and all other applications included in the Office 365 suite. The agency requires the availability of subscription terms for 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year periods. All licenses provided should be eligible for assignment through either a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement or the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
The vendor will also be responsible for delivering technical assistance and account management services as needed to support license activation, assignment, and renewal.
