The government authority in Springfield, Illinois is seeking proposals to provide metro ethernet transport services. The successful vendor will deliver Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity between state offices and the Century Network Point of Presence (POP) sites, utilizing metro ethernet services with bandwidth speeds ranging from 100MB to 1GB via fiber connections.

The selected provider must guarantee synchronous bandwidth and ensure that the service remains operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
