Must have an active State of Illinois Vendor Registration Number in the Illinois Procurement Gateway
Must provide Metro Ethernet services with speeds between 100MB and 1GB via Fiber
Must provide synchronous bandwidth with 99.98% availability or better
Must maintain Quality of Service (QoS) tagging between Customer Premise Equipment and the ICN interconnect point
