For pH analyzers, calibration must include a 2–point check using 4.0 and 7.0 traceable buffer solutions. Conductivity analyzers are to undergo a zero check and a 1–point calibration, while turbidity analyzers require a multi–point calibration process. Chlorine analyzers must be calibrated using an independent grab sample method for reading comparison. Gas detectors (LEL/H2S) require a mandatory bump test prior to calibration, with both 'before' and 'after' readings recorded.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by June 23, 2026. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and certified in accordance with specified standards.
