The government authority located in California seeks a vendor to provide meter verification, calibration, certification, preventative maintenance, and repair services. Specific requirements include service for various analyzers and detectors:
For pH analyzers, calibration must include a 2–point check using 4.0 and 7.0 traceable buffer solutions. Conductivity analyzers are to undergo a zero check and a 1–point calibration, while turbidity analyzers require a multi–point calibration process. Chlorine analyzers must be calibrated using an independent grab sample method for reading comparison. Gas detectors (LEL/H2S) require a mandatory bump test prior to calibration, with both 'before' and 'after' readings recorded.
