Dougherty County School System
The district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Medicaid reimbursement management services for its school-based Medicaid program. The selected provider will be responsible for supplying all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, technical expertise, software, training, reporting, and administrative support to effectively administer and maximize all legally allowable Medicaid reimbursements.
Key responsibilities include fee-for-service Medicaid billing, administrative claiming for education (ACE) services, compliance and audit support, and ensuring data security and confidentiality. The vendor will also manage program implementation, billing and reimbursement collection, compliance monitoring, documentation review, staff training, and audit assistance. Comprehensive reporting, reimbursement analysis, and revenue maximization consulting are also required to support the district's objectives.
The contract will be awarded for a period of one year. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by June 11, 2026.
