DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide Medicaid enrollment renewal and work requirements navigation services to assist Medicaid-qualifying residents within the city. Services include guiding eligible individuals through initial enrollments, as well as annual and semi-annual renewals of their Medicaid coverage.

The provider will also help Medicaid Expansion adult participants—specifically those aged 19 to 64 earning up to 138% of the Federal Poverty Level—with verifying their compliance regarding 80 hours per month of qualifying activities. These navigation services aim to support residents in maintaining continuous health coverage and complying with all necessary program requirements.
