Medicaid Eligibility and Enrollment System Maintenance and Operations Services (Due August 4, 2026)

Seeking maintenance and operational support for the Medicaid eligibility and enrollment system in the Virgin Islands.

Must be a qualified contractor to maintain and operate the Virgin Islands Benefit Eligibility System (VIBES) and Medical Assistance Program (MAP)
Must have at least five years of experience in performing E&E in agencies of similar size, scope, and complexity
Must provide at least two references from projects performed within the last seven years
Must provide references from two different projects/clients demonstrating experience implementing and operating a Medicaid E&E system
Must provide proof of Sam.Gov registration
Must provide a Certificate of Good Standing dated July 1, 2025, or later
Must provide current Business License or state register for the services being advertised
Must provide current trade name registration certification, if applicable
Must provide Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization or Statement of Qualification
Must provide a Corporate Resolution identifying the authorized person to act for the respondent
Must provide a list of staff available for the project including key personnel and organization chart
Must provide a detailed cost proposal with a breakdown of total cost within the period of performance
Must provide three reference letters related to the project being solicited
