Meal and Dietary Services

A government authority in Concord, New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to provide meal and dietary services. The selected contractor will deliver food services that include offsite meal preparation, transportation of meals to the facility, and retrieval of all soiled service-related materials after meal service. Because a full kitchen is not available onsite, the vendor must have access to suitable kitchen facilities and equipment to perform all required offsite services.

The contractor will be responsible for coordinating preparatory and initial setup activities needed to begin service delivery, including administrative setup, initial training, and other preliminary work. The service requirement includes approximately 37 breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals with beverages each day for individuals and residential staff, plus about 25 additional lunch meals daily for administration and administration support staff.

The vendor must provide menus based on a cycle of no less than four weeks, or another period established in collaboration with the authority. Meal service must also include a no-pork option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to support the cultural needs and religious beliefs of facility youth and staff members.
