Kansas Bureau Of Investigation
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A Kansas-based issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide a master data management and analytics solution that supports its overall data strategy. The requested system must integrate master data from multiple source systems to create a centralized and authoritative source of truth, while supporting data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
The solution must include capabilities for managing the creation, modification, archival, and deletion of master data, with version control, audit trails, and full lineage tracking for golden records. It must support role-based access controls and granular permissions, as well as data stewardship functions such as assigning stewards, reviewing candidate matches, confirming or merging records, and overriding automated decisions. The system must also provide centralized administration tools for diagnostic logs, system monitoring, data source integration oversight, ingestion job monitoring, permission management, and performance tuning.
In addition, the platform must offer robust analytics and reporting features, including customizable dashboards, scheduled and on-demand reports, ad hoc reporting, and data visualizations such as bar charts, area charts, line charts, pie charts, and histograms. It must support automatic refreshes of cached data by data source and provide analytical tools for reviewing data trends, quality metrics, and performance indicators. The organization also requires the ability to disable any artificial intelligence features initially, with the option to enable them later. Questions are due by May 22, 2026, and the resulting contract is expected to run for three years.
