SUMMARY

Kansas is seeking a three-year master data management and analytics solution to centralize master data, improve governance and stewardship, and deliver strong reporting and dashboard capabilities. The system must support lineage tracking, granular access controls, administration tools, and optional AI that can be disabled.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of five years continuous active participation in the applicable industry
Must provide a PMP certified Project Manager with at least five years of demonstrated experience in IT Project Management
Must be an established firm recognized for its capacity to perform
Must provide a completed Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) based on a VPAT version 2.4 or later

A Kansas-based issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide a master data management and analytics solution that supports its overall data strategy. The requested system must integrate master data from multiple source systems to create a centralized and authoritative source of truth, while supporting data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.

The solution must include capabilities for managing the creation, modification, archival, and deletion of master data, with version control, audit trails, and full lineage tracking for golden records. It must support role-based access controls and granular permissions, as well as data stewardship functions such as assigning stewards, reviewing candidate matches, confirming or merging records, and overriding automated decisions. The system must also provide centralized administration tools for diagnostic logs, system monitoring, data source integration oversight, ingestion job monitoring, permission management, and performance tuning.
