The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is planning to award a sole source purchase order to Hawk Ridge Systems for a one-year hardware and software maintenance agreement supporting Markforged additive manufacturing equipment. This agreement will ensure comprehensive maintenance and support for the specified equipment.

The planned award is expected to be made prior to the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, with Hawk Ridge Systems identified as the only responsible source capable of meeting the Navy's requirements for this effort. Supplies and services to be provided will be performed under the applicable Product Service Code (PSC) DA10, pursuant to the relevant federal acquisition regulations.

While this notice is not a request for competitive quotations, the Government will review any written responses received from parties expressing interest and demonstrating capability to meet the requirements. Such information will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
