The selected partner will conduct a comprehensive marketing audit and audience analysis, assessing current tools, platforms, and strategies including website, social media, email marketing, newsletter, and sales channels.
The consultant is expected to develop a practical, sales-focused marketing strategy accompanied by a phased implementation plan that aligns with agency capacity. Recommendations should address audience targeting, segmentation and messaging, media channel prioritization, customer journey improvements, and SEO/website optimization. Additionally, the contract calls for clear, actionable campaign strategies to promote the retail store and online platforms, along with execution guidance and performance tracking for all recommended initiatives.
The contract term is one year.
