Arkansas is seeking a firm to deliver integrated marketing, public relations, branding, media, and event promotion services for adult-focused and private zoo events.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of seven years of experience with marketing, public relations, and event promotion.
Must have a minimum of seven years of experience developing television, radio, print, online, and social media advertising strategies and materials.
Must have a business license to operate in the State of Arkansas.
Must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Little Rock as additional insured.
Must submit a signed copy of the Combined Certification for Contracting with the City of Little Rock.
