A Maryland-based agency seeks an experienced and full-service marketing and advertising firm to serve as a strategic partner in executing comprehensive recruitment and brand-building campaigns. The selected firm will be responsible for developing an integrated annual marketing and media strategy that aligns with the agency's brand position and enrollment priorities. Strategic counsel will also be required to support year-round enrollment cycles and campaign timing.

The scope of services includes conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation. The firm will be tasked with creating research-driven campaign concepts to strengthen the agency's brand and drive inquiries, applications, and registrations. Production of creative assets for a diverse range of channels—including digital, social, mobile, streaming, outdoor, print, video, as well as campus and event promotion—is essential.

Additionally, the contract will cover complete media planning, buying, and optimization. This includes developing, negotiating, and executing a comprehensive media plan with focus on paid search, paid social (across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others), streaming video, and audio placements. The contract is for a one-year period.
