DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking proposals from vendors to serve as its marketing agency of record. The selected agency will provide ongoing and strategic marketing support to enhance and supplement internal staff capacity across a range of functions and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include supporting the public relations and marketing team with high-quality social media content, such as reels and graphics; designing marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and tourism promotional items; and managing two annual Restaurant Weeks (summer and winter) and two Small Business Month initiatives. This program support requires strategic review, content creation, outreach and engagement, as well as comprehensive marketing, advertising, event photography and videography, influencer engagement, and website management.

The agency will also be responsible for creating the annual report, providing event photography and videography for up to two events per month, and offering ongoing management and recommendations for multiple departmental websites to ensure brand alignment and operational efficiency.
