(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, advertising and public relations services. – The successful Contractor shall deliver a range of services that include, but are not limited to: brand and sub–brand development; creative concepting; production and execution of advertising campaigns, public relations; and performance analytics, reporting, etc. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 21, 2026. (3) All the Notice of Intent must be submitted no later than January 16, 2026. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 14, 2026.
