(1) Vendor needs to provide market decorator services.– Show will host nearly 150 exhibitors of fine art, crafts, music, movies and food.– Provide an online portal for exhibitors to order booth electric service, booth furniture and additional items prior to the show– On site meeting(s) with show producer prior to move–in– Provide signage printing services per request– Provide all electrical needs and equipment to the event producer on the main level (concourse).– Service desk on site 10am–5pm, March 5 and 8am–10am, March 6.– Provide limited staff during show hours for trouble shooting. 8am–5pm, March 6; 9am–5pm, March 7; 10am–4pm, March 8.– Move–out begins 4pm, March 8, with completion by 8pm same day.
