The government authority located in Hartford, Connecticut is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver managed services support for the maintenance and enhancement of the Bank’s existing Salesforce platform. The selected provider will collaborate closely with management, IT staff, Salesforce administrators, program staff, and other key stakeholders to advise on platform improvements and ensure efficient customization and support.
Core responsibilities of the contract will include providing ongoing Salesforce managed services and support, assisting with Salesforce 2.0 data reorganization, architecture, and implementation, as well as overseeing system administration, integrations, security, staff training, and reporting. The objective is to optimize the Bank’s Salesforce environment to meet current and future business needs efficiently while maintaining high standards of security and data integrity.
