DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Oklahoma is seeking a qualified managed security services provider to securely manage, operate, monitor, and continuously improve its Networks Strata next-generation firewall environment and Palo Alto Networks Panorama centralized management platform. Services will be performed remotely and must support Panorama management for up to 100 devices.

The managed service will include 24x7 monitoring, detection, and response; managed detection and response; threat hunting; incident response; forensic analysis; host isolation when authorized; firewall policy management; configuration support; break/fix troubleshooting; and escalation of issues to Palo Alto Networks when required. The provider will also support firewall migrations and upgrades, analyze firewall data, tune security features, identify configuration risks and operational gaps, and maintain a plan for best-practice alignment across Panorama and firewall environments.
